S7 E2 Sitting with your grief
When we talk about grief we often talk about ways to cope and heal. Therapy has been a common thread on this show. Another way is with yoga. While I think talking about our grief is important I wanted to give time to discuss healing.
Today I want to share a conversation I had with the amazing Nancy Watson. She is the instructor for Yoga for Grief. I am so thankful that we are able to have so many guests on our podcast that each have their own unique take on grief. And that are willing to open up and be vulnerable with us through the pain.
